Yes, we deliver Melbourne-wide. We offer two delivery time slots: 10 amâ2 pm and 2 pmâ6 pm. We can accommodate special requests with prior notice, and we also service areas outside Melbourne with additional fees.
It's best to book in advance, as we fill up on specific dates. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for balloon garlands and packages to secure the date.
The minimum spend for local delivery is $50. For balloon garlands, we require a minimum order of 3 meters for installation.
Latex balloons are plant-based, made from natural rubber harvested from rubber tree plantations.
Common events include birthdays, weddings, christenings, hens parties, corporate events, bridal showers, and baby showers.
Contact us via email or the contact page for custom designs and packages. For helium balloons, gift balloons, and more, you can order online with next-day delivery.
Balloon garlands and air-filled pieces last for weeks. Foil bouquets last 3-5 days, and latex balloons (treated with Hi-Float) last 3-5 days as well.
Payment is due at the time of order. For packages requiring installation, a 20% deposit is required. The balance is due the week of the event.
Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before the event, but the deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is required if cancellation is within 72 hours.
Yes, consultations are available for $50. You can book in-person or via video chat.
