Yes, we deliver Melbourne-wide. We offer two delivery time slots: 10 am–2 pm and 2 pm–6 pm. We can accommodate special requests with prior notice, and we also service areas outside Melbourne with additional fees.
It's best to book in advance, as we fill up on specific dates. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for balloon garlands and packages to secure the date.
The minimum spend for local delivery is $50. For balloon garlands, we require a minimum order of 3 meters for installation.
Latex balloons are plant-based, made from natural rubber harvested from rubber tree plantations.
Common events include birthdays, weddings, christenings, hens parties, corporate events, bridal showers, and baby showers.

Balloon garlands and air-filled pieces last for weeks. Foil bouquets last 3-5 days, and latex balloons (treated with Hi-Float) last 3-5 days as well.
Payment is due at the time of order. For packages requiring installation, a 20% deposit is required. The balance is due the week of the event.
Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before the event, but the deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is required if cancellation is within 72 hours.
Yes, consultations are available for $50. You can book in-person or via video chat.
