Choose your confetti colours and we will match the streamer tail. So many colour variations available. Price is excluding delivery. Balloon is best delivered on the day of event/birthday. Balloon will last approx 24 hours depending on climate. Balloon comes helium filled with a matching Balloon Weight and Ribbon. Delivery will be calculated at checkout.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver Melbourne-wide. We offer two delivery time slots: 10 am–2 pm and 2 pm–6 pm. We can accommodate special requests with prior notice, and we also service areas outside Melbourne with additional fees.

How far in advance should I book?

It's best to book in advance, as we fill up on specific dates. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for balloon garlands and packages to secure the date.

Do you have a minimum order?

The minimum spend for local delivery is $50. For balloon garlands, we require a minimum order of 3 meters for installation.

Where do latex balloons come from?

Latex balloons are plant-based, made from natural rubber harvested from rubber tree plantations.

What types of events do customers typically book for?

Common events include birthdays, weddings, christenings, hens parties, corporate events, bridal showers, and baby showers.

How do I place an order?

Contact us via email or the contact page for custom designs and packages. For helium balloons, gift balloons, and more, you can order online with next-day delivery.

How long do the balloons last for?

Balloon garlands and air-filled pieces last for weeks. Foil bouquets last 3-5 days, and latex balloons (treated with Hi-Float) last 3-5 days as well.

How and when do I pay?

Payment is due at the time of order. For packages requiring installation, a 20% deposit is required. The balance is due the week of the event.

What about cancellations?

Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before the event, but the deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is required if cancellation is within 72 hours.

Can customers schedule consultations?

Yes, consultations are available for $50. You can book in-person or via video chat.
