Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• You notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, along with clear photos and order details.

• The item is unused, uninflated, and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:

• Inflated or helium balloons.

• Customized balloon designs, printed items, or props made to order.

• Used or assembled products.

Refund Process

• Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

• Shipping, COD, or packaging charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

In rare cases, if a product is damaged, we may offer a replacement subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled only before dispatch or production.

• Customized products cannot be canceled once confirmed.
