We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, along with clear photos and order details.
The item is unused, uninflated, and returned in its original packaging.
For hygiene, customization, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:
Inflated or helium balloons.
Customized balloon designs, printed items, or props made to order.
Used or assembled products.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Shipping, COD, or packaging charges are non-refundable.
In rare cases, if a product is damaged, we may offer a replacement subject to stock availability.
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch or production.
Customized products cannot be canceled once confirmed.
